Gli uomini preferiscono le bionde!

Cari lettori anzi,  forse dovrei dire solo care ragazze per questo post,

ho deciso di proporvi il film: “Gli uomini preferiscono le bionde” (1953), diretto da Howard Hawks e tratto dall’omonimo romanzo di Anita Loos; questo musical vede protagoniste due dive assolute: Marilyn Monroe e Jane Russell nei panni di due ballerine e cantanti di spettacoli di Cabaret, tanto amiche, quanto diverse: Lorelei (Marilyn) è bionda e sogna di sposare un milionario, le sue doti sono una bellezza sconvolgente, un’ingenuità dolce e una mente acuta quando serve; Dorothy (Jane) invece è una bruna intelligente, più affascinata dai muscoli di un uomo che dal suo portafoglio; la cosa che le unisce è un’amicizia vera, una sorellanza che le attrici vivono realmente sul set e che rende la pellicola credibile, oltre che divertente, spumeggiante, colorata e ironicamente deliziosa.

Questo è uno di quei film che brillano come stelle nel cielo della storia del Cinema, proprio perché zuccherato e quasi irrealistico da far sognare ogni donna, bionda o mora che sia.

Essere donna è un valore inestimabile per cui dovremmo dire sempre: “Grazie, stragrazie!”, come dice Lorelei numerose volte nel film; un diamante luccicante e indistruttibile, ambito e luminoso, che si può tagliare ma non scalfire, puro e unico al mondo.

Tutto questo è una vera donna, ecco perché “i diamanti sono i migliori amici delle donne”, perché ogni Vera donna è una diamante, e le Vere donne sono tra loro amiche, come Lorelei e Dorothy.

Non dimentichiamoci mai ragazze di quanto valiamo…per ricordarlo, mettetevi un bel diamante addosso ogni giorno se potete! ;)…e un avviso a voi uomini: le Vere donne non sono da adorare, né da trattare male…sono Solo da Amare…(e, all’occorrenza, da ammirare)!

Inserisco una novità, il voto per i film, da un minimo di un cuore, al max di cinque…e questo film? Bè…direi un bel <3 <3 <3 <3…tutti brillanti!

Dear readers (or I should day, dear girls),

 I decided to talk to you about the movie "Gentlemen prefer Blondes ” (1953), directed by Howard Hawks and inspired from the homonymous novel by Anita Loos.

This musical has two protagonists: Marilyn Monroe and Jane Russell, playing two Cabaret dancers and singers, so close but so different at the same time.

Lorelei (Marilyn) is blonde and dreams about marrying a millionaire; she is gorgeous, sweetly naive and even sharply intelligent when needed. While Dorothy (Jane) is a smart brunette, more interested in the muscles of a man rather than his money. What they have in common is their true friendship, almost sisterhood, that the actresses really lived on the set, and that made this movie really good, besides from being fun, bubbly, colorful and ironically cute.

This is one of those movies that shine in the sky of Cinema history, because it's sweet and almost unrealistic, and makes every woman dream, whether she is blond or brunette.

Being a woman is a invaluable thing, and we should always be grateful for this - like Lorelei does multiple times during the movie. A shimmery and indestructible diamond, desired and shiny, that you can cut but not scratch, pure and unique.

This is what a real woman is, because "Diamonds are a girl's best friend", because each and every Real woman is a diamond, and girls are friend with each other, like Lorelei and Dorothy.

Girls, don't ever forget how much we are worth...to remember that, let's wear a nice diamond everyday, if you can! ;)…and men, this is for you: you don't need to adore or mistreat Real women...you just have to Love them...…(and sometimes even admire)!

There's something new: my grade for the movie (1-5 hearts)....what about this movie? Well, definitely <3 <3 <3 <3…shiny ones!
